LIVE DATA

Track and monitor your vehicles' parameters just like mechanics in Formula 1.
Efficiently tackle intricate problems.

DISPLAY PARAMETERS IN REAL TIME

The ability to read parameters, such as fuel pressure on the high-pressure rail, cylinder misfires, voltage on the boost pressure sensor, current draw values by the modulator, and many others.

The use of 4G and 5G technologies enables fast and efficient data transmission to the user with almost every parameter provided by the vehicle. Examples of read parameters:

  • fuel pressure on the high pressure rail
  • uneven operation of cylinders
  • voltage on the boost pressure sensor
  • switch setting in the cabin
  • current consumption by the modulator
  • tire pressure
  • steering wheel angle
  • exhaust gas temperature on the DPF filter

This is just a part of the ecoTRUCK™ possibilities. The system also allows for monitoring vehicle components (such as the correct operation of the height levelling pilot buttons), individually setting the frequency of data retrieval, drawing interactive charts, or saving data to a .csv file. The number of read parameters depends on the brand and configuration of the vehicle - in the most advanced cases, it exceeds 2,000 unique parameters.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION CASES OF LIVE DATA

DIFFICULT SERVICE CASE
The car problem occurs sporadically, and relying solely on error reading is not sufficient to determine the source of the problem. The error is undetectable during service diagnostics and as a result, the car returns to the road. The undetected defect reoccurs. In such a situation, we can constantly observe the necessary parameters in real time and more efficiently determine the source of the problem. This often allows us to avoid unnecessarily replacing parts that only seemingly cause the defect.

BREAKDOWN ON THE ROAD
During driving, a message appears saying excessive exhaust temperature. Most often, this is a malfunction of a single sensor rather than an actual temperature increase. In such a case, it is possible to continue driving safely. Thanks to the Live Data feature of the ecoTRUCK™ system, you can read the temperature on selected sensors, saving you time and nerves.

CHECKING THE DRIVER'S DRIVING STYLE OR REPORTED PROBLEMS
Some vehicle problems result from poor driving habits. Let's imagine that the driver reports a problem with the brakes overheating, but the system readings show that the fully-loaded vehicle is being driven in hilly terrain, the driving is very dynamic, and the driver is only using the service brake instead of the retarder. Thanks to our solution, it is possible to determine the optimal operation parameters and provide feedback to the driver.
